I heart San Francisco!!!

So I don't really love San Francisco but it is a fun place to visit. Last weekend we went up there and met our great friends for Oceanside and had a ball. It was so fun to get away and see the sites and be with friends. They babies got to make the trip with us but they bigger baby stayed home with Grandma and grandpa and aunt Shelly (she wasn't so excited to see us home, she loved being the center of their world for the weekend. So Happy anniversary to David and Sarah, Happy Birthday to Amanda and So good to See Cassie and Ryan again.

Big Girl Kylie!!!

Kylie has changed so much this last month. She has the sweetest personality and she has been the best baby (even better than Kate, hard to believe) She just started rolling over and she laughs out loud at about anything, she just loves anyone to talk to her and she'll flash that cute little dimple. Got to love this sweet angel. I know I am truly the most blessed momma ever to have two sweet girls.

HOT TOE (Tahoe) REUNION

We spent last week in Tahoe for a Family reunion and it was so much fun. We had the best time, we relaxed, played, beached, biked and boated and of course ate very very well. Kate loved the fact that she could be outside at all times and was filthy dirty most of the time. We took family pictures which is always fun, right. We went on a bike ride and found these dogs at the top of a hill. She was in love and we had to peel her away from them.

We got a wii fit on saturday and we didn't leave the house all afternoon we just competed for best hula hooper. By the way I'm the Champ at 864 hoops in super hula hoop. Someone beat that!!

This is Kate at the pool and she saw the other kids jumping off the diving board and she wanted to do it too. She is fearless and crazy. You just got to love her.

We are getting used to living in Fallon now and getting out and enjoying what Fallon has to offer.

To Good Friends

Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget.

I have had great friends throughout my life that have filled in where there were whole. And good friends it what makes the days fun and life easier. I just wanted to thank the good friends in my life and hope that I get the opprotunity to make more great friends.
To all my friends in Oceanside Thank you for the amazing year, I wanted to thank you all individually and say goodbye personally but I'm chicken and I hate to cry, and my last few days there I was on the verge of tears at all times, and fighting back the tears gave me the worse headache. But I want you all to know that I love you and my family loves you and I will cherish the memories and the relationships.
I know that is mushy and sad but I wanted everyone to know how much they affected my life and that they will be missed.
On a happier note, I got a new house of my very own and I love so far. I'm even having a good time keeping clean and picked up which doesn't sound like me at all. So far Donny is liking his new job and Kate is loving all the attention she is getting from her grandma and aunt Shelly, and Kylie is just being a good girl and has been living in her swing throughout the move.

HEAT WAVE!!!!!

There has been a heat wave this last week here in San Diego County and we are trying to get through it the best way we know how. Kate has been living in the pool the last two days and she is our little fish. She is fearless and loves the water. She is loving going to the pool with daddy and has learned how to use her floaties and now she doesn't want her daddy to hold her in the water. Kylie and I are just hanging inside mostly by the fans. She is just eating and sleeping like a champ. I am a very lucky mother who is well rested, she has been sleeping most the night for the last few weeks. She's a very sweet baby.

I don't let Kate feed herself most days but she wouldn't eat if I fed her so I gave up and let her do it herself. Now you know why I don't let her feed herself.

She is getting so big and definately sweet. She is a good sleeper at night as well. She has been sleeping until about five every morning then she needs to have a snack. She doesn't sleep great during the day but I can handle that.

Kate has been spending lots more time with daddy lately and she is really milking it. She went with Donny to walgreens on saturday and got to go to lunch and get "bite Fry" her new favorite meal.

Crazy Beautiful Life

My SISTER thinks that Kylie isn't going to like me because we don't have any pictures of her and she hasn't made the blog enough, but two kids is alot busier than I thought it was going to be, But we are surviving. I have been getting picked on for not updating my blog but it has been put way down on my list of things to get done in the day, right behind brushing my teeth and showering.

We do have alot of new changes in our lives besides having our sweet little Kylie. If you haven't heard we are being transferred to Fallon, NV in late July. I'm not ready to leave Oceanside because it is wonderful here, and we have some wonderful friends and Kate has some wonderful friends and the weather is great and it's close to my family but Fallon is a blessing in disguise. Donny's family is there and Hopefully Donny won't be deployed out of Fallon. We can't find a house yet so we don't know where we are going to live yet which is big stress. Hopefully we will go there and find something that will fit us well.

I also forgot to mention that I am a proud owner of a MINI VAN which I love. I never thought that I would but I do. It's great and it makes my life so much easier. I'm actually getting out of the house these days and running errand. It's great.

Kate has adjusted well to being KICKED OFF her thrown ( I don't think that is how you spell that but I don't want to check on it right now) She has started sucking on pacifiers and needing a blanket everytime I wrap the baby up but I think this will all blow over after a while. She is loving the extra attention her daddy gives her when he's home though. They are quite the best buddies these days.

Kylie Jean Christiansen

It's finally official and my sweet girl has name. She is Kylie Jean Christiansen. Donny pulled Kylie out of somewhere, Jean is after Donny's sweet grandma Jean. We think that it fits her just perfect so we went today to fill out the paperwork for her birth certificate. We are excited that we finally agreed on something and that she is more than just baby. She is still just is sweet and only getting cuter by the minute but of course I'm totally bias. Thanks to all for your love and support.

Welcome Baby #2

So she's here and she is beautiful, if I do say so myself. She was born on May15th at 3:03. She weighs in at 6lbs 14oz and is 19 inches long. She's just tiny, tiny, tiny. We are just calling her little sister for the most part because she doesn't really have a name. I never thought I would be one of those people who left the hospital without a name for my sweet girl but I am. We have until monday and we think it is going to be Kylie Jean Christiansen. Donny and I both like it and Kate walks around saying" Hi KI-LEEEE." Kate mostly likes our new addition. she doens't get it completely but Kate is getting lots of attention from her grandmas right now so she doesn't seem to care. But I'm in love, Kylie is a good sleeper and and good eater and just pretty easy so far. We are truly blessed and greatful for our perfect little sweetheart. Thanks to everyone who loves us and supported us and thanks to Grandma Jill and Grandma Barbara for all their help.

Not Yet!!!

So I know that my due date has now came and went, but obviously not everyone got the memo. Little darling just isn't ready to move out yet even though I am so ready and I'm about ready to start uping her rent. Today we have gone on 3 long walks and have done lots and lots and lots of squats but nothing. We will let you all know when she decides to grace us with her presence. thanks for all your love and concern.

LIfe's a beach, really!!!

We went to the beach a few weekends ago because it was a warm day and I wanted to go at least once before the baby got here. We had such a fun day. The water was cold so we didn't spend alot of time in the waves but Kate loved the sand and the beach chair. We built sand castles and Donny made Kate a pool to sit in. It was just great to be together outside in the sun. Princess of the BEACH!!

The other day I put Kate's Mullet into pigtails. I promise there is hair in each of those rubberbands. She's cute and she likes it when I do her hair there's just not much to do.

Disneyland Some More...

Last week we went to Disneyland with a bunch of friends. There were Five kids under four and five moms. We had a really good time and saw all the characters. Kate loved them until we got up close to them then she spazed out. So that is why I'm holding her in every picture. She watches mickey mouse club house everyday and loves them she just doesn't want them to touch her. By the end of the day I was so tired and wanted to have this baby right there at the happiest place on earth. The kids were troopers all day and acted really good. I was proud of all of them. Pluto is Kate's favorite but big Pluto was alittle much for her.

Just plain Silly

Just for everyone's information I have tried now 3 times to update my blog and blogger won't let me download pictures, So I just have been given up and the getting crap for not updating. So really it's not my fault. I blame Blogger.
We have had a really busy last three weeks and I haven't had alot of time to mess with the computer. I keep hoping I'll get a little less busy but I don't see it in the near future. I can't believe that I only have three weeksish of pregnancy left and then I'll have a baby. I haven't done much to get ready for this sweet little one and I need to get busy. I don't anticipate her coming early though.
Hopefully I will get blogger to work here next time I try and I get some new and exciting post up, until then I go wash baby clothes or something.
